Information we collect
When ABA therapists create a profile, we collect name, email, phone, credentials, a photo, an intro video, service area, availability, and short bio content. Families browsing the directory are not required to create an account; if you contact us or request an intro, we collect the details you provide.
How we use information
Therapist profile fields are shown publicly only after our team reviews and approves the profile. Internal fields such as certification numbers, phone number, and admin notes are never shown on public profile pages.
Children's information
Kind Care ABA is intended for parents and providers. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share approved therapist profile information with families using the directory. Service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, email delivery) access only what is needed to provide their service.
Your choices
Therapists can update or remove their profile at any time from the dashboard. Families can email us at samperlow@kindcareaba.com to request access or deletion of information about them.
